Mr. Lowenberg’s goal in every case is to treat all his clients with the same dignity and respect that he would hope to receive if he were the client and they were the attorney.  A native of Dallas, Texas, Mr. Lowenberg earned his law degree at St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas, where he served on Law Journal.  Mr. Lowenberg enjoys spending time with his growing family hiking, fishing, and camping, and is an avid Crossfiter.  A graduate of Lake Forest College, Lake Forest, IL (B.A., English, 1987), Mr. Lowenberg is also an attorney with Alliance Defending Freedom, a public interest advocacy organization focusing on Constitutional rights related to religious liberty, freedom of conscience, and marriage and family issues.  Mr. Lowenberg is also a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, the American Bankruptcy Institute, and the Seventh Judicial District Bar Association of Western Colorado, and is admitted to practice law in the State of Colorado, the State of Texas, Federal District Court for the District of Colorado, and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.
